About

Leadership infrastructure for serious operators.

Modern glass towers reflecting warm golden light

AC Legacy Group provides fractional leadership and executive operations support for companies that need more structure, accountability, and execution capacity, but do not necessarily need or want the cost of adding full-time executive overhead.

We help growing and under-structured businesses close leadership gaps, improve operational discipline, organize internal systems, and bring control to areas that are slowing the company down. That can include business administration, HR structure, procurement control, business development, marketing execution, inspection support, documentation, accountability systems, and strategic operations.

What makes AC Legacy Group different is that we are not a basic consulting company, staffing service, or virtual assistant provider. We do not just give advice and leave the company to figure it out. We operate as embedded leadership support. We help identify where the business is exposed, where ownership is overloaded, where communication is breaking down, and where structure needs to be built or tightened.

Our value is practical execution. We bring real-world leadership experience, operational discipline, and a direct understanding of what happens when companies grow faster than their systems can support. We help business owners protect their time, improve follow-through, reduce internal friction, and create stronger infrastructure for sustainable growth.

In simple terms, AC Legacy Group helps companies move from reaction to control. Our focus is structure, scale, and execution.

Ownership

A firm led by its owner.

Every engagement is directed by the principal. No account managers, no handoffs, no dilution of judgment.

AC Legacy Group is founded and owned by Christopher Pena — a construction and operations executive with a 15+ year record of delivering complex commercial, healthcare, institutional, municipal, and public works projects across Southern California.

As owner, Chris personally directs every engagement: qualifying the mandate, structuring the work, and remaining accountable for the outcome. Clients engage the principal — not a bench, not a brand.

The firm is built on a simple standard: operators leading operators, with discipline, discretion, and long-term alignment.

Founders

Operators. Not theorists.

AC Legacy Group is led by Christopher and April Pena — a partnership built from field-tested leadership and disciplined operations.

Christopher & April

Christopher Pena is a construction and operations leader with 15+ years delivering complex commercial, healthcare, institutional, municipal, and public works projects across Southern California — a $500M+ career portfolio with engagements from $500K to $60M+. His strength is operational leadership under real conditions: stabilizing challenged projects, protecting profitability, resolving field and contractual issues, and aligning execution with executive objectives.

April Pena brings administrative, organizational, client support, document management, mediation support, and business operations capability to AC Legacy Group. Her strength is creating order, managing details, supporting process, and keeping business activity organized and moving — bringing discipline to the administrative and operational side where many companies lose visibility and control.
